The idea is simple: everyone wants to quit something. A bad habit. The overthinking. The pressure. The noise. But quitting isn't always giving up — sometimes it's the bravest thing you can do.
That's what the two sides of the heart are about. The pink is the good quits — the ones that set you free. The black is the harder ones — the ones you have to sit with.
